Dances We Teach

Our instructors are extensively trained, experienced – and in many instances award-winning – in a multitude of partner and performance dances.

As a studio, we celebrate the social, performance, as well as competitive styles of dancing.

Listed here are a great many of the dances taught at our studio during private lessons and/or group classes. However, this list is not exhaustive. We continue to add dances based on the interests of our studio community and of course the ever-evolving world of dance itself.

BALLROOM - Smooth & Standard

The traditional ballroom dances of Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Viennese Waltz, as well as Quickstep and Peabody are taught at Moveir. We provide instruction in both the ‘social’ style of these dances in addition to the competitive American Smooth and International Standard styles.
